In order to be able to compete, students/alumni need to be prepared carefully, not only hard skills but also soft skills which are actually very necessary in dealing with various challenging work situations. Therefore, the presence of the BKPK-UPI (Counseling and Career Development) Agency is necessary. Various life skills needed by alumni in responding to the demands of the times, need to be programmed seriously and on target.
Finally, I welcome this newsletter. I really hope that this media will be able to become a connector that is able to connect communication and collaboration between universities and alumni who have served in the field, hopefully this newsletter can be published regularly and continuously.
