Deskripsi

AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or artificial intelligence solutions to enhance business outcomes. This role involves leveraging AI technologies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive strategic business growth. This role will work on developing advanced models, integrating them into systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI driven solutions that support the organization's objectives.

Spesifikasi

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Understanding of Machine Learning concepts such as Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Semi-Supervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Ensemble Learning, and Transfer Learning.
* Proficient in Data Cleaning and Preprocessing, including handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, and normalizing data.
* Experience in machine learning modeling using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or any other machine learning framework.
* Proficient in programming languages commonly used in machine learning, such as Python.
* Basic understanding of MLOps deployment using tools such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
* Familiar with programming languages and libraries such as Python, R, JavaScript, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
* Web development skills (web development certification) are a plus.
* Skills in Big Data and Data Engineering are a plus.

* Design, develop, and train machine learning and deep learning models
* Experiment with different architectures and configurations to optimize model performance
* Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications
* Deploy models into production environments and ensure their proper functioning
* Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
* Work closely with data engineers, business intelligence, software engineers, product managers and management
* Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
* Collaborate to define project requirements and deliverables
* Monitor the performance of the models in production and continuously improve models based on feedback and new data
* Document the development process, models, and algorithms
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes
