Spesifikasi
  • Graduated from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.   
  • Having a minimum 3-year experience as Network Engineer 
  • Having a minimum 2-year experience as Technical Team Leader 
  • Must having related Certifications: CCNP/NSE7
  • Able to handle Layer 2, 3, and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting 
  • Having the capability to handle Layer 5,6,7 are highly preferred
  • Ability to analyze network traffic is mandatory.   
  • Good understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.   
  • Good understanding of networking technology and products such as routing, switching, and security.   
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of initiative.  
  • Passionate to learn, hardworking, and a good team player
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English verbal and written is mandatory
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Having experience working in an enterprise IT company would be preferred

  • Manage and Develop Technical Team
  • Motivating and coaching the technical team to ensure they perform at their best and reach their full potential.
  • Performing design and technical implementation for network & IT security solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting.   
  • Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or pain points.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues.   
  • Develop good relationships with Clients.
  • Documentation and reporting to Manager and/or Customers.
