IT Consultant

PT. Netmarks Indonesia is currently looking for an IT Consultant who is passionate about solving client issues through the company's selection of products and services, as well as maintaining client and partner relationships. 

Deskripsi

1. Work closely with clients to understand their business and technology requirements 
2. Create Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & develop technical proposals that outline the proposed solution based on the client's requirements 
3. Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner 
4. Demonstrate the features and benefits of the proposed solution to clients 
5. Work closely with the implementation team to ensure that the solution is delivered as proposed once the client has accepted the proposal 
6. Providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 

Spesifikasi

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open for fresh graduates) 
2. Candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Pre-Sales Position are prioritized. 
3. Strong problem-solving & presentation skills 
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
5. Fluent in English 
6. Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, proactive personality, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
8. Able to quickly understand clients facing complex problems and advise the most effective solution 
9. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (Network, Server, Backup, Virtualization & Cloud) 
10. Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
